We’re looking for a Founder Associate to join the ReelFlow team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, creative and multi-talented individual to gain experience across a wide range of areas within the early stages of our new startup venture.
You’ll work closely with myself (Chris Wickson, co-founder & CEO) and my co-founder, Andy Higgs, (Product, Design & Engineering), in a hands-on role as the business goes through its exciting early stages of development.
The role will be focused on supporting our early go-to-market efforts, including:
- Marketing assistance - Content creation for the website and social channels, with a particular focus on video. Knowledge and experience working with video creation and production tools, as well as using WebFlow would be a bonus (but not a requirement)
- Prospecting support - Account and buyer research, working with various sales tools including HubSpot to support my early prospecting efforts
- Basic Revenue Operations - Helping setup and run various CRM, sales and marketing tools
- Customer onboarding & feedback- Assisting early customers with onboarding and support, as well as helping Andy gather product feedback
- Getting stuck in as needed - Although we’ve listed focus areas, building a very small business means you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up like us on anything where we might need to focus our attention for a time. This means great hands-on exposure and the potential to apply your problem solving across any aspect of the business as needed.

- Creativity - you have a creative mindset, and are able to turn ideas into action
- Attention to detail - Something Andy and I deeply care about, together with delivering a high level of quality in all we do
- Organised & self-sufficient - the role will be a mixture of in-person and remote, so you must be super organised, good at time keeping with clear communication, and passionate about taking ownership of your day-to-day activitiesEntrepreneurial - you’ll be one of the first members of the ReelFlow team so should relish the fact that we’re at such an early stage, working with founders who have built successful, multi-million pound businesses from scratch
- Strong technical skills - we’re a tech business, using a wide range of different tools and solutions to operate which you should be more than comfortable working with
Other important info:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience, ideally in a B2B startup environment
- Location: You should be UK based and authorised to work in the UK, ideally within easy travel distance of London. This will primarily be a remote role, however there is an expectation that you’ll work in-person with Chris and Andy in central London a handful of times each month. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered and we’re open to discussing how this might work for you
- Equipment: We’ll provide you with a MacBook however you should have a suitable remote working setup
What you’ll receive from us:
- Salary of between £30,000 - £40,000 based on experience
- You’ll be an early joiner of the company Share Options scheme once created (likely to be in 2025)
- 24 days holiday
