It’s been a pretty monumental and exciting month at ReelFlow. This November we have set live a host of feature improvements that are essential to a our core product experience.
For customers
- Create and edit flows in using Flow Builder - the launch of this flagship feature means customers now have powerful tools to manage their visitor website experiences in the ReelFlow Dashboard. This includes being able to:
- Import a suggested flow as a template, or start designing a flow from a blank canvas
- Manage existing draft flows
- Ability to publish flows
- Rename flows as desired
- Replace and insert videos into flows
- Control over the activation URL and settings
- Make planning easier by storing notes against a flow
- Benefit from improved flow suggestions, which are now enhanced with videos
- Video processing is now automated - customers no longer need to reach out for assistance when uploading video content, processing now starts as soon as you add your content, now our video processing pipeline has come online
- We’ve uprated the performance of our servers, making the product experience even snappier
- Better Player SEO, out of the box - we’ve improved how search engines discover and websites using ReelFlow benefit from the rich meta data and captions attached to the video content
- Improved the quality of the performance metrics we provide in the dashboard
For visitors
- The improved Player mentioned above also SEO means better content discoverability in search engines
- Upgrades to our servers mean better overall loading performance for the Player across all customer websites
- Added memory to the Player, so visitor preferences for closed flows persist across their journey through the website
